Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your recent order, send it back for a store credit/refund. All Return Requests ( New & Pre-owned) must be made within five days of receipt of merchandise. Please let us know by calling or email. For return inquiries please email us at [email protected]
New Items: Once your return request has been made, we’ll accept returns within 15 days on defective, unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased from our website. All new merchandise returned must have original tags intact and also be accompanied by original packaging, i.e. shoes with box.
Pre-Owned Items: Doesn’t fit? Looks different in person? Return Requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of merhandise. Please let us know by calling or email. They must be returned in the same condition they were when they left our shop and with tags attached. Return within 15 days and get full-cost store credit (minus shipping). Then find something you love instead.
Any merchandise purchased on sale and flash sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, we will gladly exchange for different sizing if inventory is available.
Once your return has been received we will email you a Return Received Notification. New Items please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account. Pre-Own items please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and issue a store credit, we will email you once it has been completed.
The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).
All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note the tracking number, if applicable.
Product Information: We have tried to accurately display the colors of our products on the Site. However, the colors you see will depend on your monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor displays will be accurate.
If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Send us an email [email protected] explaining the situation and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
